Founded in 2005, Hongyuan Precision is currently the leading domestic supplier of mid- to high-end tact switches and shrapnel. In 2017, it won the title of National High-tech Enterprise (No. GR2017442). The sword was sharpened three years after its founding. In just three years, Hongyuan filled the domestic shrapnel production gap. By the end of 2008, Hongyuan had successfully replaced Japanese and Korean companies and became the supplier of mid- to high-end shrapnel for tact switches, occupying more than 90% of the market share in one fell swoop. Under the leadership of Hongyuan Precision, hundreds of tactile switch companies have switched from the backward situation of simply assembling imported parts to the path of localization of the entire chain, reducing costs for Chinese companies by more than 1 billion yuan. Subsequently, the company continued to transform and upgrade, achieving self-sufficiency in parts processing for the entire product line and full-process automation, and developed a series of rigorous process flows. At present, Hongyuan Precision has the monthly production capacity of 80 million tact switches, 30 million silent silicone switches, and 300 million shrapnel pieces. Taking 2×4 tact switches as an example, the daily production capacity is 1500K, and the production capacity and product line of tact switches are still expanding.
