SANYU ELECTRIC, INC. (the one in the picture above) is located in California, USA. It was established in November 1995. It has been selling reed relays to the United States and other global customers for many years. Its parent company, SANYU SWITCH CO., LTD., is a Japanese company (hereinafter referred to as Sanyu) headquartered in Tokyo, Japan (second left in the picture above). Since its establishment in 1972, the company has been committed to developing a variety of reed relays. Today, Sanyu has its own manufacturing subsidiary, Kumamoto Sanyu Co., Ltd (second from right in the picture above), located in Kumamoto, Japan. All Sanyu factories and its Japanese subsidiaries are ISO9001 certified and operate in accordance with ISO quality standards. SANYU ELECTRIC PTE.LTD. (first right in the picture above), located in Singapore, is a subsidiary of SANYU ELECTRIC, INC. Founded in September 2007, its business focuses on Southeast Asia. The company maintains close contact and cooperation with customers in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and China, and provides technical and sales support. Sanyu and its subsidiaries produce 70,000 relays per day. The Kumamoto subsidiary has established a fully automated production line, including incoming material inspection, packaging and factory inspection. An environmental control production line (clean room) has also been established to produce high insulation resistance reed relays and low thermal voltage/EMF reed relays. The factories of Sanyu and its Japanese subsidiaries have passed ISO9001 certification and adopt management methods such as total quality control (TQM), management of preventive actions, corrective actions, failure mode and effect analysis, and production part approval procedures. Sanyu and its subsidiaries adopt and imitate the famous Japanese enterprise quality management method: "Toyota style" management model.
