MEMSIC designs and manufactures integrated microelectromechanical sensors (MEMS) using standard integrated circuit (IC) manufacturing processes. MEMSIC integrates specialized thermal-based MEMS technology and advanced analog mixed-signal processing circuitry in a single chip. This enables MEMSIC to produce high-performance accelerometers and other MEMS devices at significantly reduced costs compared to most traditional processes.
