Returns and Exchanges Acceptance Conditions

1. All the products listed on Yuanjincheng's website have indicated the manufacturer's model number and brand, please check the manufacturer's model number and brand and other related information carefully before placing an order. After the user has successfully placed an order, Yuanyu will purchase the products directly according to the order requirements. If the actual goods received do not match with the manufacturer's model or brand of the order, you can apply for return or exchange within one week after receiving the goods.

2. Before returning any goods, you need to get the consent of Yuanjincheng to return them. All returned goods shall be returned at the customer's own risk and expense, and shall be undamaged by the customer and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for returning the goods to Yuan Jingsheng and providing proof of delivery of such returned goods. Appropriate precautions must be taken for goods categorized as “electrostatic sensitive”.

3. For return or exchange of goods, please make sure to keep the original packaging (including outer packaging and inner filler) and make sure the label of the goods is intact, if it is lost or damaged, it cannot be returned or exchanged. If the package is damaged upon receipt, please keep the original state and take photos and contact us immediately.

4. If the return is due to product quality problem, the customer should provide the detailed performance test report as the basis for negotiation between Yuan Yuan and the supplier or the original manufacturer. If necessary, a third party test report recognized by both parties should also be provided.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances

1. The product is not sold and shipped by Yuan Jingsheng. If Yuan Cheng receives any product that is not sold and shipped by Yuan Cheng, Yuan Cheng will immediately inspect and destroy it. For products returned by the customer to Yuansheng, the customer certifies that the returned products were purchased from Yuansheng and have not been replaced in whole or in part with the same or similar products from other manufacturers, producers, suppliers, distributors or other channels of the same or similar products.

2. Cancellation of the order by the customer after the order has been validated or incorrect ordering

3. The original packaging of the product and the label of the goods are damaged and missing

4. receipt of goods more than one week, based on the delivery note / courier receipt date of signature

5. Lost invoice issued

6. the product has been used/tested by the customer

7. Problems causing product quality include but not limited to: accidents, abuse, unreasonable use, misuse, power problems, failure to use and/or store and/or install the product in accordance with the product's instructions, failure to carry out the required preventive maintenance, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, fires, floods, wars, acts of violence, or any events of the like; commissioning, repairing or supporting, processing or handling of the product by anyone other than the personnel of Yuanyu Jingshing or authorized by Yuanyu Jingshing. repair or support, processing or resale, and problems caused by the use of parts and components not supplied by Yuanyue Jingsheng.

Return and Exchange Procedure

1. Contact our staff for feedback on your product.

2. After receiving the return or exchange application, Yuan Jingsheng staff will contact you within two working days to confirm the problem.

3. After confirming that the problem is correct, Yuanjingsheng staff will approve the return or exchange application and contact you to inform you of the result.

4. After receiving the approval, you need to send the goods to the designated address within 2 working days (if the invoice has been issued, you need to return the invoice together).

5. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, Yuanyu will arrange for refund or reshipment accordingly.
