1. Entry conditions

1.1 The merchant has registered and obtained a valid business license and other business licenses in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China or other national laws;

1.2 The merchant is a semiconductor brand manufacturer or authorized agent with a certain degree of fame;

1.3 The source of the goods applied for by the merchant is legal and the qualifications are complete.

2. Submission of certification documents

2.1 The merchant must submit certification documents or other relevant certificates to Yuan Jingcheng in accordance with the relevant rules and requirements of the Yuan Jingcheng platform, including but not limited to business license, tax registration certificate, brand authorization certificate, etc.;

2.2 The merchant guarantees that the above-mentioned certification documents or other relevant certificates provided to Yuan Jingcheng are true, legal, accurate and valid, and guarantees that Yuan Jingcheng will be notified in time when any changes or updates occur to the above-mentioned certification documents or other relevant certificates. If the above-mentioned documents are changed or updated so that the merchant does not meet the entry conditions stipulated in this agreement, Yuan Jingcheng has the right to unilaterally restrict the merchant's operation in whole or in part until the termination of this agreement.
